Were looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Operations team! In this role, you will play a critical role in building the Latch team. You will be involved in many aspects of our hiring process, from partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, to reaching out to candidates and arranging candidate travel. You will play an important role in ensuring each candidate has an amazing experience throughout our recruiting process. Additionally, you will support the recruiting function overall by owning key projects such as driving the candidate referral program and sourcing candidates. This is a great opportunity to join a talented team and grow your career in recruiting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create an unbeatable candidate experience throughout our recruiting process
  • Support recruiters with on-site, phone, and video interview scheduling
  • Arrange candidate travel (flights, hotels, etc.)
  • Partner with recruiters on hiring needs, gain insight into strategy, and source for prospective candidates
  • Take ownership of our applicant tracking system ensuring all job postings are accurate, clear, and posted on appropriate channels, that candidates are properly managed through the process, as well as track the pipeline for each role
  • Drive the employee referral program
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed

Who you are

  • You know how to handle conflicting priorities and are able to problem solve in real-time while remaining calm under pressure.
  • You're always looking for new ways to improve or automate processes at scale with the systems that you use day-to-day.
  • You are detail-oriented and are passionate about building relationships with candidates and internal client groups.
  • You love to identify issues and improve processes -- and you're not afraid to share your ideas cross-functionally in order to "get stuff done."
  • You are able to navigate through change easily and have a no-limits mindset.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
