Responsibilities:

  • Create a world-class experience for every candidate and help support the efforts to improve our employer brand
  • Manage our social media accounts, externally communicating our employer brand
  • Proactively suggest intuitive ideas and initiatives that will strengthen our employer brand
  • Schedule interviews with staff across all cities and communicate details to candidates
  • Assist in maintaining updated candidate information and feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage all aspects of candidate travel including flights, hotels, and expenses
  • Represent Managed by Q at career fairs and campus recruiting events
  • Partner with our talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support hiring initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and general recruiting operations

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer facing role
  • A demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail, experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while juggling multiple calendars
  • A level head and can-do attitude
  • A knack for creating a warm and welcoming environment for employees and candidates
  • Top-notch interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interfacing with all levels within the organization
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Comfortable communicating quickly and professionally
  • Experience working on a recruiting team and with an applicant tracking system is a plus
