Recruiting Coordinator
Motivate is looking for an outgoing and hard working Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! This role will be based in Brooklyn and support the growth of our operations team by interviewing candidates, building external relationships and marketing our employer brand. This is a great opportunity to learn about high volume recruiting from the ground floor and make a real impact within the business.

About the Role
Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Post and update job descriptions on internal and external job boards
Daily reporting of progress towards recruitment goals and objectives
Source passive candidates
Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
Constantly communicate with hiring managers on candidate success and continued needs
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies and offer suggestions on updates/improvements
Collaborate with the team to improve recruiting methods and interview questions
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
Use multi channel approach to recruit
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
About you
You have 1 - 2 years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar communications/marketing role
You over communicate both verbally and in writing
You are never satisfied with the status quo and are always looking for ways to improve and grow
You are a team player who knows how to GSD
You are always thinking about how to find and obtain new talent
You love talking to new people and can build relationships with almost anyone you meet
You are outgoing and enthusiastic and can easily adapt in any situation
You genuinely care about the work you do and work hard to get the results you want
You understand how to prioritize tasks and build out a weekly schedule
You are a wiz with google suite and have some familiarity with LinkedIn, indeed and applicant tracking systems
You know how to laugh at yourself and don’t take things too seriously
You are pumped about being the third member of a rockstar recruiting squad
