About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to play an integral role in scaling Frame.io. You should be organized and efficient in your work, and eager to create a seamless candidate experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of our recruiting process and will maintain clear lines of communication with the recruiting team, hiring managers and candidates.

So what does that look like on a daily basis? Glad you asked! Let's take a look:

You log on in the morning, and have 5 emails from different candidates, and 2 messages from interviewers. You need to reschedule that interview that’s happening 2 hours from now, because the Director of Engineering is out sick. You email the candidate and apologize, suggesting a few other times.

You get a slack from an interviewer that they’re running late, so you quickly send out a note to the candidate and hop on Zoom to keep them company while they wait. Thankfully the interviewer hops on in a few short minutes. Crisis averted.

You hop off Zoom, and get back to scheduling! 2 candidates confirmed for next week! Once that’s done you have time to work on that candidate experience project you’ve recently started.

As you’re working, you see that the CEO messaged you and you need to make sure you’re on top of it. Reach out to that candidate and schedule the next steps ASAP--it’s super time sensitive. You ask his EA for help because, let’s be honest, something on the calendar needs to move to fit this in.  It takes a good 20 minutes, but you’ve figured it out!  Confirmed for tomorrow.

A candidate’s virtual onsite is done by now, and you send them a virtual thank you card to make sure they had a great experience. They’re the most important part of this, after all. You were able to schedule the interviewer feedback wrap up right after the interview and YES, everyone’s a strong yes!  Final round interview is on the calendar tomorrow, and fingers crossed we’ll make an offer the day after.

You take a look at the calendar for the next day--looks about the same. Sounds like a fun day, right? If so, let's chat.
