Our Recruiting Coordinators are the backbone of our hiring team - you will be integral in supporting our recruiters and team leaders to make excellent hires. In this role, you will own the interview process, coordinating each step and working hand in hand with the team to ensure we are being thoughtful, detailed, and authentic in our hiring practices. From employer branding, sourcing, candidate evaluation and interviewing, to logistics and planning - you’ll build a strong foundation to build your career in a people function!
A Day in the Life:
- Partner with our recruiters to manage and schedule a high volume of candidates in a timely manner, always putting candidate experience first
- Support events and projects that impact the greater Talent Acquisition team
- Provide the highest level of support to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build and improve on existing processes
What We’re Looking For:
- A successful track record of hitting deadlines with exemplary work
- Experience in a coordination-heavy / client-facing role
- The ability to self-direct, and take immense pride in your work product
- Ease with creating and sustaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- The ability to easily shift priorities and problem solve on the fly
- A strong focus on process and a passion for efficiency
