The Role
LeafLink is searching for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to assist our Talent Acquisition Team with coordination, scheduling, and execution of our talent acquisition efforts. You will own the entire candidate experience -- as the face of LeafLink’s Talent team, you’ll coordinate each step of the interview cycle from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high quality experience for all candidates. By being organized and efficient in your work, you'll create a seamless candidate experience. You'll maintain clear lines of communication with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates. Responsibilities:
- Schedule phone, zoom and in-person interviews for LeafLink candidates and work closely with recruiters to design the candidate experience.
- Talk to candidates to guide them through their upcoming interviews.
- Facilitate both Virtual and Onsite interviews to ensure an effective candidate experience.
- Help track candidate progress from initial contact through offer.
- Build out our administrative tools to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for current employees and candidates alike.
Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling or coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for details.
- Experience utilizing an ATS a plus!
- Superior work ethic and proven history of project management.
- A positive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team-player with a ‘no task too small’ attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats.
