Recruiting Manager (Go-to-Market)

We’re looking to a Go-to-Market Recruiting Manager to join our rapidly-scaling Recruiting team! This person will be accountable for all global Go-To-Market hiring: sales across all levels, client experience as well as partnerships. Overseeing a team of Recruiters, the Manager will serve as an escalation point and identify process efficiencies, uncover and unstick roadblocks and come up with new and innovative ways to attract top talent to shepherd through our Inkredible hiring process. The manager will also manage their own req load, in partnership with the rest of the Recruiting team. This role will be a highly-visible member of the Recruiting Leadership team and will regularly collaborate with our GTM leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and Recruiting partner to the global go-to-market hiring/leadership team
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews across multiple roles while maintaining and unparalleled level of candidate experience
- Coach, grow and mentor a team of Recruiters and Coordinators
- Define, measure and report on GTM Recruiters’ successes; identify and mitigate roadblocks; celebrate wins
- Hold our hiring teams accountable to our Inkredible Interviewing philosophy
- Maintain and identify new GTM recruiting partners and employer branding opportunities while keeping DEI in mind. We currently partner with RepVue, WISE, BuiltIn NYC, PowderKeg, TechLadies, POCIT. We’d love for the manager to have an opinion on how else Movable Ink GTM can be positioned as an employer of choice in an unprecedented job market
Qualifications:
- 5+ years recruiting experience in a rapidly-growing, fast-paced company
- Prior experience mentoring or managing Recruiters
- Familiarity with US employment law and hiring best practices
- Prior experience rolling out and holding hiring teams accountable to an objective hiring/interviewing methodologies (A-Method, Performance-Based Hiring, Structured Hiring or similar)
- Understanding of the enterprise b2b software space: who the top players are; who’s getting acquired; who’s having layoffs; where the untapped talent lives
- Understanding of key reporting metrics and ability to tell a story with data
- Experience with and opinions on modern ATS and modern Recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Fetcher, LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent)
- Scrappy; no job too small mentality; we may ask you to source your own hires (and write your own InMails)
- Ability to influence and impact change with hiring leaders
