The Paxos Recruiting Team is at the forefront of supporting business growth. We are looking for professionals with strong analytical and communication skills, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity. Our work is fast-paced and requires individuals to be proactive, with strong attention to detail. The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will provide operational support throughout the recruitment life cycle, partnering closely with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent client service, with a process improvement mindset. 

What You Will Do:

• Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for a team of recruiters, including scheduling candidate interviews, and utilizing and updating the applicant tracking system
• Be the primary owner of critical path projects and programs to level-up the recruiting function at Paxos
• Develop metric dashboards to allow stakeholders quick access to people data

What You Need to Have:

• BA/BS degree
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred
• Previous experience as a coordinator in a recruiting department preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and GSuite
• Ability to handle large volumes of varied tasks/data and react positively in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and creative - capable of flexing solutions to changing demands
• Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
