Job Description

Hyperscience is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join our People team. The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will be responsible for executing aspects of the Recruiting Team function at the tactical level. This role requires a high level of flexibility and attention to detail. This role will offer the opportunity to work closely with all sides of the organization and participate in other People Team functions and related projects as needed. 

The People team enables Hyperscience to thrive by empowering our people to become their best. The team is split into four verticals: Employee Experience, People Operations, Recruiting, and Talent Development. 

Responsibilities

  • Support all core recruiting processes with a focus on technical recruiting
  • Communication with candidates from start to finish in their interview process
  • Scheduling and managing remote interviews for a global team
  • Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to run a smooth and effective hiring process
  • Experience updating candidate details in an applicant tracking system; Lever preferred
  • Assist in various projects to improve the recruiting process

Qualifications

  • Comfort juggling different tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and without errors
  • Ability to quickly digest a new process, execute against it, and identify opportunities to make improvements
  • Strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and practice good judgment when faced with sensitive situations
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • 1 - 2 years of prior experience working in Recruiting and the desire to continue learning, growing, and contributing to the function
  • Experience working with Executives and Executive level candidates a plus
  • Experience with sourcing a plus
