We are hiring for a recruiting specialist to assist our North America recruiting team with interview scheduling and the execution of talent acquisition efforts for a 4 month contract with potential to extend.
In this role you will:

  • Champion the candidate experience, ensuring every step in the process excites, informs, and supports our candidates
  • Utilize exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to meticulously schedule multiple phone and virtual interviews to ensure a seamless process for recruiters, interviewers, and candidates
  • Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and ATS (we use Greenhouse)
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes
  • Support the Recruiting Operations team with ad hoc projects as needed


You should have:

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience or equivalent experience; ideally in a fast-paced technology, professional services, or digital environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a high level of communication, a sense of urgency, and the ability to constantly "switch gears" when priorities shift
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Ability to exercise judgment in managing confidential or sensitive information
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and features of G Suite
  • Hands-on experience using and updating a complex database such as a CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
