We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful Recruiting Specialist to support recruiting operations. Noom is experiencing rapid growth, and this master of multitasking will ensure that the recruiting process is kept tight internally and externally, all those involved have a memorable experience, and consistently search for ways to make things better.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the interview scheduling process from initial candidate contact to new hire on-boarding
- Communicate and confirming interview details to candidates, ensuring that they have all of the necessary information
- Provide an exceptional experience for each candidate, making the them feel comfortable, informed, and welcome whether via email, or in person on site
- Act as the primary point-of-contact on interview days for both the candidate and interviewers, professionally and efficiently handling all scheduling changes and any other glitches that occur (it happens)
- Book travel and accommodations for candidates
- Coordinate all Pre-brief and debrief interview panel meetings
- Identify improvements to our recruitment processes/policies, always focusing on improving candidate experience and efficiency
- Develop supportive and trusting relationships with employees
What We’re Looking For:
- 100% a team player
- Customer-service mindset, with an outgoing, warm, and approachable personality
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- A wizard in all things Google Suite and any Applicant tracking system (a plus)
- Self-drive and initiative, with the ability to figure things out on your own, whether by trial/error, forums, Google
- Comfort, confidence, and competence to communicate with all levels of management
- STRONG desire to wear many hats and wants to quickly in his/her career path in recruiting
Nice-to-Haves:
- Past experience in hospitality industry
- Past experience in a start-up and a world-class tech company
