Responsibilities:

  • You will be the point person for the coordination of all talent including but not limited to interview set up, emailing candidates, scheduling candidates for phone and onsite interviews
  • You will coordinate hiring workflows across multiple departments within our ATS system, Lever
  • You will provide monthly reports on the hiring pipeline to measure performance against hiring
  • You will support the organization and workflow of the People Department and the Executive Office
  • You will regularly provide research and inform the Manager of Brand & Talent on networking events and conferences that pertain to the goals of the People Department
  • You will support the Manager of Brand & Talent in successfully growing the People Department of DailyPay

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • A passion for building processes and growing teams
  • Flawless attention to detail and high levels of organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System Preferred
  • You will be the point person to manage relationships with our external agency partners
