We are currently looking for a talented Executive Recruiter to help tell the story of Mogul.

You will:

• Communicate with our partners to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.

• Conduct research on the partner’s organization, competitors, and marketplace.

• Create a candidate persona for each open position.

• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.

• Define and draft job description based on the partner’s need, and publish job on various channels to attract the right talent.

• Identify prospective candidates.

• Conduct confidential interviews.

• Follow-up references and check credits.

• Present shortlisted candidates and detailed candidate profile summaries.

• Build long-term relationships with our partners

• Advise partners on best-recruiting practices

You may be a fit for this role if you:

• Have 10+ years experience in executive search and recruitment

• Have excellent understanding and knowledge of recruitment processes specifically for senior talent

• Know where to find the right talent

• Are always up to date with new market statuses, trends, and best practices within the space

• Have effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

• Enjoy operating out of your comfort zone, and are comfortable in a small team, intense and high-growth startup environment

• But most of all, you make things happen whether it's understanding your partners’ needs, learning a new skill, or creating a critical sourcing strategy
