Your day to day is…
- Recruiting for our sales and customer service teams, where we expect to fill monthly classes of as many as 15-20 employees
- Working closely and collaboratively with our sales and service recruiting team (2 recruiters, 1 recruiting coordinator, 1 sales recruiting manager) to iterate, and constantly improve our process
- Authentically engaging with candidates to understand their wants and needs while also determining candidate fit
- Delivering a thoughtful and streamline candidate experience, where candidates feel valued, inspired, and motivated to work for Zocdoc
- Keeping our ATS current, and leveraging data and reporting to validate, and iterate your process
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- An unrelenting desire to build more equitable, inclusive and diverse workplaces
- 1+ years experience recruiting high quality sales representatives in a high volume capacity
- Decision quality: you know what makes a great sales representative and can make confident decisions
- Passion for process and tracking, and the ability to optimize your work and smartly prioritize your time
- Goal orientation - you believe in setting and meeting high expectations
- Experience supplementing inbound applicant flow with high quality sources of volume (sourcing/social/external job boards)
- The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action. You’re excited to help author our destiny and aren’t afraid to fail, learn, and challenge conventions
- Superb communication skills! You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
- Experience in sales, including but not limited to (BDR/SDR/inside & outbound sales) preferred
- Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure
