You are:

An experienced analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience in compensation analysis, program design and employee attraction, retention, and engagement. Think strategically regarding vision and design of programs and able to bring creative solutions from data and business needs. Have a strong background in broad-based US compensation. You take initiative, you’re passionate about people, are highly organized and can multitask and prioritize varied complex projects. Seeking for a “hands on” role and getting things done in a global, fast-paced, changing and growing environment.

Understanding of sales compensation and/or equity-based compensation is preferred but not required. Benefits management and analysis experience also preferred.

You have strong Excel skills, interpersonal skills and are an outside-the-box thinker who stays on top of industry best practices. The ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action is critical. You’re adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design, consulting, analytical and operational work. Being in a fast-paced, international company is exciting to you.

As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will:

  • Manage company-wide C&B plans (inclusive of health insurance, pension and development of internal ranges).
  • Research and analyze internal/external data relating to C&B elements (including market trends and benchmarks) and match them to our company culture.
  • Support and advise on comp-related activities such as strategic new hire offers, salary changes, international transfers, budget allocation and top talent retention.
  • Maintain the compensation process (including gathering data, analytics, etc), serving as an active advisor/support for HR and managers while syncing closely with the global C&B team.
  • Work with the compensation team to roll out and support all comp programs, global projects and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, benefit brokers, and a variety of managers.
  • Manage projects, training and activities related to employee benefits.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement of benefit plans, including benefit renewal negotiations, work experience offerings, etc.
  • Perform daily maintenance of C&B reports, elements and periodic audits.
  • Participate and analyze results from global salary surveys.
