We are seeking a People Systems Senior Manager to lead our hard-working global team of people systems business product managers. Under our Director of People Systems and Analytics, we seek to centralize ownership of our HR tech stack and decision-making in a fully focused, dedicated team. We are seeking an experienced manager energized by optimizing systems architecture, growing and scaling new teams and processes, and passionate about making work-life more productive and seamless.This position will play a meaningful role in our continued efforts to integrate our workforce systems into an enterprise solution aimed at crafting a seamless employee experience across the globe. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and grow a global team of People Systems Product Managers
  • Provide focus to a high performing team and outstanding customer service to internal clients and partners
  • Advise cross function people teams (i.e. HRBPs, People Ops,  Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition) on data structure and operational improvements to unlock productivity
  • Meet on a recurring basis to understand needs, prioritize technology enhancement, uncover opportunities for improvement and automation. Establish regular technical review and readout cadence
  • Be the primary point of contact for system optimizations with our India population
  • Partner with the HRIS, Salesforce, Analytics, Recruiting Operations, and other cross functional HR and business teams to participate in roadmapping our internal systems strategy and implementation
  • Collaborate on implementation of new systems/processes to further streamline and automate HR business process
  • Evaluate current HR processes to identify areas for improvement through technical solutions
  • Oversee the rollout of systems optimizations projects in our portfolio
  • Partner with people analytics team to update our HR systems to capture streamlined employee data
  • Collaborate on change management for the development of training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
  • Lead required systems audits and data cleanup exercises
  • Tracks contract compliance as applicable

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree 
  • 3+ years Workday experience at a fast paced, high growth company. (Although this role will not manage Workday)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy; ability to do root cause analysis to guide decisions and action plans where limited foundational/framework exists
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Demonstrated understanding of domestic and international HR programs and processes 
  • Significant project management experience related to implementation of new, complex programs, systems and/or processes. Familiar with agile methodologies and project management practices.
