About the role

This role will lead our west coast staffing efforts by providing office staffing solutions to find the best candidates for our customers. Managed by Q assists with a variety of office services and staffing is becoming one of our fastest growing verticals. We are looking for an entrepreneurial recruiter with a passion for providing excellent experiences for candidates and interest in building up a staffing business. This will be the first time we are hiring for this position on the west coast and he or she will be responsible for the LA and SF markets.

Responsibilities

  • Source, contact, phone screen, interview, and manage candidate relationships
  • Write candidate messaging and handle communication
  • Write job specifications tailored towards client needs
  • Help forward-thinking companies reinvent their workplaces by selecting the right people for their teams
  • Partner with internal resources and staffing partners to find the best talent
  • Educate, train and build relationships with your dedicated service partners
  • Be a reliable point of contact for candidates, clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive process improvement to raise the bar for Q Staffing
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to Category Managers around service offerings, partner behavior, quote trends and high-value opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years professional experience in a staffing agency, preferably with experience in recruiting and account management
  • Exceptional customer communications and comfort handling meetings
  • Background promoting and recruiting for inclusive and diverse workforces
  • Experience training employees on administrative skills
