How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra seeks an innovative, agile, data-oriented Senior People Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This critical, individual contributor role will partner with our businesses to design and execute strategies for how we organize, staff, develop, motivate and retain our most valuable asset, our employees. We know that’s a big task but if you aren’t afraid of a challenge, keep reading.

A day in the life of a Senior People Partner at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the VP, People, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Build a strategic partner relationship with our senior leadership and management to develop solutions for their business objectives and challenges as well as optimizing the organizational design with the right people in the right roles
  • Advise on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees as well as developing rigor around performance management and ongoing topgrading for those employees who may not be performing at optimal levels
  • Deliver mind-blowing [internal] customer experiences for our staff as you sherpa employees through their lifecycle at Collibra including objective alignment, merit and incentive, promotions and internal movements and general employee relation issues.  Note: many of these frameworks still are being built by the  Talent Management and Total Rewards teams and will require a partner with the agility to quickly pivot and execute new programs
  • Align with our Talent Acquisition Partners to craft roles based on market availability and business needs, partner to build assessments to evaluate competencies and skills and enhance the overall employment brand to drive top talent to join us
  • Ideating, creating and improving talent initiatives in a rapidly changing and occasionally ambiguous environment

You Have:

  • HR business partner experience supporting senior executives in a Field (optimally sales) organization and balancing priorities with multiple senior leaders in evolving/growing/changing companies
  • Exceptional instincts/experiences leveraging HR strategies to drive business outcomes and financial results, including collaborating with FP&A (Some companies might call this a required Masters or “MBA”; we need someone who understands business and don’t care where you learned it!)
  • Experience successfully challenging an organizational approach with a solution driven mindset that delivers ROI-driven improvements to organization design, job profiles, compensation structures and other identified areas of opportunities
  • Analytical, with a passion for using data to build strategies and measure their effectiveness

What you can expect from us:

  • Competitive compensation, and private company equity
  • Inclusive benefits package allowing enrollment of dependents and partners
  • A flexible culture that understands the importance of quality of work over quantity
  • An opportunity to work with a diverse, global community of 600+ Collibrians across 18 countries, united by our value of open, direct, and kind
  • A culture of company-wide collaboration and shared success.
  • Company supported and employee driven resource groups that promote diversity, career development and empowerment
  • Learning and development programs to advance your career and personal growth
  • Corporate social responsibility initiatives with global reach
  • Regular recognition, feedback, and open communication across all levels
  • Team building, bonding, mentorship and support to grow confidence, trust and friendships
  • Fully stocked kitchens, biweekly catered lunches, and regular social events for when we get back to the office. Until then, we’re finding new ways to stay connected and engaged.
