Yext is seeking a talented Senior Recruiter to join our world-class Recruiting team. In this role you will partner with C-level executives and senior-level hiring leaders to identify and hire some of the world's most talented people while delivering amazing experiences for candidates and executives. We're looking for someone to help with our aggressive hiring goals and own all recruiting efforts and C-level relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and outstanding positive candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers and C-Level executives to deeply understand their teams and goals.
- Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension and negotiation. Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the appropriate information to help make their decision as easy as possible
- Independently address and unblock data analysis challenges. Extract and synthesize insights. Identify headwinds and tailwinds with a search.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and marketing programs to identify top talent and build diverse candidate pipelines. Advise on structured interview processes that mitigates unconscious bias. Coach leaders and interviewers in inclusive interviewing best practices and objective feedback.
- Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to C-level executives and hiring managers.
- Maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Greenhouse (ATS) and other recruiting tools such as GEM, and Linkedin Talent Insights.
- Be seen as a trusted partner by other key cross-functional points of contact. Able to identify friction points, set appropriate expectations, and drive initiatives to overcome obstacles with a search.
- You will partner closely with the HRBP in charge of the relevant LOB and ensure a smooth transition into the on-boarding process
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring/formatting
What You Have
- BA/BS degree or similar college-level education; in lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience
- 8+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting with a minimum of 4 years recruiting for Customer Success, Client Services, and Platform Services.
- Ability to proactively source top talent, gain candidate interest, and pitch candidates on Yext mission, values, and goals
- Experience recruiting for a SaaS organization is a huge plus
- Flexibility to work effectively on a variety of roles including but not limited to People Operations professionals
- Strong customer management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
- Team-oriented with the ability to partner with, and build upon, the strengths of others to meet overall team goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to do search recruiting and networking
- Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth environment
- Prior experience with Greenhouse Software, Linkedin Recruiter, and Gem.
- Certified in one or more of the following; Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR), Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR), Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR), Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC), Certified Social Media Recruiter (CSMR), Certified LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).
