As a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Skillshare, you’ll drive the talent acquisition strategy for our business teams across the company including, marketing, operations, creative, finance and more. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and lead the recruitment process end-to-end – building creative sourcing strategies and strong pipelines, ensuring a seamless interview process and phenomenal candidate experience, and effectively closing top talent. Skillshare is poised to grow significantly in the coming years and you’ll be a true leader in building strong, diverse teams that deliver an incredible user-driven, mission-focused product. What you’ll do:

  • Own all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process for Skillshare’s business roles: defining jobs and specs, sourcing, screening, leading the recruiting process, managing offers, and closing
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs
  • Creatively build and execute outbound strategies, and drive employer brand initiatives that broaden our reach and attract qualified candidates
  • Build Skillshare’s engineering presence remotely and internationally as needed
  • Provide and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across the board
  • Advise hiring managers and senior leadership on ways to make our recruitment processes more efficient, keeping inclusivity top of mind

I was immediately impressed and encouraged by the creative problem solving at Skillshare. Data plays a huge part in learning about our members, determining the most popular classes, and fostering creative community. I was a student within the community long before helping build it. As a management team, we strongly believe in making ourselves accessible. What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?
