We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter! This role has three priorities: Meeting the hiring demand across our Creative and Commerce business, working to improve and create processes and Code3’s employment branding, and creatively and identifying opportunities for us to bring a more diverse group of colleagues together.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll serve as a talent acquisition partner for Code3 - you’ll primarily manage searches on your own end-to-end; however, you’ll occasionally help manage our agency partners when they occasionally support a search
  • You’ll own HOW we recruit, and work to identify and create process improvements and efficiencies where we need them
  • You’ll plan and manage how we increase opportunity to meet candidates from diverse backgrounds, and help ensure we practice mindfulness of differences through our processes
  • You’ll be the steward for our employment brand, and work to find and manage channels where we can increase or improve our presence

Requirements

  • Passionate champion for improving diversity, equity and inclusion in the advertising industry
  • Experience owning full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of functions 
  • Strong communication skills - you know when to pick up the phone with a hiring manager vs send a quick Slack
  • Proactive - you don’t wait for someone else to bring you an issue - you are already solving it, or at least thinking about it!
  • Grace under pressure - recruiting can be stressful, but you bring a calm and positive attitude to your work

Preferred Skills

  • Assessing recruitment processes through hard and anecdotal data, identifying opportunities for change, and implementing those changes (then doing it again!)
  • Experience building relationships with recruitment partners, whether on campuses, with speciality skill organizations, or with workforce development groups
  • A blend of experience recruiting in different types of environments - ie in a recruiting agency and in-house
