As part of our Talent Acquisition team you will be working with our leadership team to build and execute our talent strategy. We look for entrepreneurially-minded team members who love exploring the unknown and never shy away from a challenge.

You will lead our talent acquisition strategy from generating a strong pipeline to maintaining a strong acceptance rate while ensuring a great candidate experience. You are also comfortable with funnel analysis and rely on analytics to improve the recruiting process.

Here are a few examples of the work you’ll perform: 

• Build a strong pipeline of top-talent across various roles: technology, product, sales and marketing while hitting quarterly hiring goals
• Develop and implement a scalable process for hiring top-technical talent
• Engage and excite passive candidates through various channels
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience at each stage while optimizing the interview process
• Communicate regularly with senior management team throughout the hiring process to analyze pipeline and performance data
• Conduct first-round interviews to screen for technical and values fit
• Collaborate with People Ops team to improve onboarding process
• Provide interview coaching to hiring team
• Participate in networking events and technology meetups to keep up with the latest technology trends and build relationships
• Organize and host hackathons/meetups at our Herald Square office

Have the following “hard skills”

• 3+ years of Agency recruiting or corporate recruiting experience with a focus on technology roles
• Good understanding of technical languages and agile development process
• Ability to source candidates of every level and for different technical and non-tech roles
• You love process and are constantly looking to improve based on data and hiring manager/candidate feedback
• You enjoy designing creative ways to engage and source candidates
• You enjoy learning about technologies and participating in networking events
