This recruiter is a member of the People Team and is an intellectually curious, energetic person focused on delivering sustainable results that enable growth of both careers and the organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process  for customer-focused roles, including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations,  and G&A.
• Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
• Partner with business leaders and build trust-based relationships, developing a deep understanding of their requirements and priorities.
• Advocate for the candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
• Act as a Conductor ambassador sharing our value proposition to increase and strengthen our brand in the market.
• Manage flow of candidates through applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
• Collaborate across the People Team to support process improvements and share knowledge

Job Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 
• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in both an agency and Corporate environments.
• Prior experience recruiting for roles in Sales, digital marketing, customer success and G&A. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to represent brand image in a professional manner
• ATS platform experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a strong understanding and use of Outlook and Excel
