As a leader on the Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner with business leaders to help build on Unqork's already stellar GTM team. You'll be trusted to build sourcing strategies, promote a first-class candidate experience, and champion standardization in our assessment process. You will be a driver of growth at Unqork as we continue to revolutionize the way software is built.

Responsibilities:

  • You will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition
  • You will manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • You will source and attract passive talent through a variety of methods to build pipelines
  • Gain an understanding of Unqork's culture, product, strategic direction, and competitors, using this knowledge to help create job descriptions, build recruitment strategies, and create messaging to potential candidates
  • Build upon current processes, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to grow
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure understanding on the specifications of each role needed while performing solid sourcing and recruiting plans for our go-to-market organization

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • The ability to 'read the room' and react to your audience
  • Experience recruiting for go-to-market positions at a Saas company
  • Experience creating candidate pipelines for both active and passive positions within multiple departments (Sales, Client Partner, Customer Success)
  • Experience navigating complex compensation conversations
  • You are passionate about diversity, inclusion, and finding unique individuals that share our values to add to Unqork's culture
  • Understanding of the data analytics and the importance of data integrity in Greenhouse
  • Creative methods of ensuring no candidate gets left behind or falls through the cracks
  • Familiarity working in a fast-paced, evolving environment of a tech startup
  • Experience with a recruiting agency
