The Talent Management team (led by the Senior Manager, Talent Management) is part of the broader Talent Management & Learning team and focuses on leading global talent programs and frameworks such as Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Career Pathing, Competency Framework, Employee Engagement, etc..  

The responsibility of the Talent Management team is to create engaging talent programs that support Collibrians in their career development and that allow managers to proactively solve business problems in a fast-paced environment, leading to higher performance, greater satisfaction and future-readiness.

Senior Talent Management Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Facilitating Talent programs, processes and initiatives, including the design of new processes and enhancing current processes.
  • Developing new talent frameworks based on research, data and best practices in the market
  • Developing analytics, metrics and reporting to drive talent and organizational strategy.
  • Partnering and aligning cross functionally with business leaders, technical enablement teams, People Partners, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Total Rewards, etc to design processes and strategies.
  • Managing the implementation and roll-out of the talent programs from start to finish
  • Creating communications and enablement materials (self-paced, workshops, videos, …) to support the roll-out of the programs, and facilitating where needed. 

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field, or equivalent by experience
  • 8+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: organizational development, talent management, people management
  • Practical knowledge of talent management principles such as performance management, talent assessments, career pathing, competency development, team effectiveness
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute with and through others while managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
  • Experience with research and data collection methods including focus groups, subject matter expert interviews, surveys, etc.

  • Able to transform ideas and concepts into tangible frameworks and processes with clear decision criteria.
  • Clear verbal and written communicator with fluency in english
  • A team player who likes collaborating and participating crossfunctionaly when needed to contribute to the different priorities and initiatives.

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will partner with the Senior Manager to roll out the yearly performance cycle
  • Within your third month, you will coordinate with business leaders and people partners to update the career pathing framework with the missing job descriptions
  • Within your sixth month, you will have designed a talent assessment framework
