Senior Talent Operations Coordinator
The Role

Cedar is searching for a Sr. Talent Operations Coordinator to represent Cedar and own our workflows around interview coordination and process improvement. This role will be a catalyst in growing Cedar's team by managing recruiting processes, coordinating interviews, and acting as a key partner to hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Team.

Responsibilities
- Recruiting Coordination: Schedule candidates quickly and efficiently, coordinate face-to-face interviews, act as the main point of contact and liaison to candidates virtually, assist with resume review, and source for specific roles as directed.
- Data Management: Maintain Cedar's applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Process Improvement: Creatively document, communicate, and iterate on current processes.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work directly with recruiters and the rest of the People team, as well as with hiring managers, to ensure all candidates have an exceptional experience
- Employee Support: Provide timely and accurate information regarding Cedar's People processes, personnel policies, and procedures as needed
- Special Projects: Assist leaders and team members with special projects as requested
- Mentorship: Find new and engaging ways to up-level the entire recruiting function, providing direct mentorship and coaching to the TOC team. If we can improve, we want to hear from you!
Required Skills
- Strong self-management capabilities to achieve high-quality, impactful results
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven record to handle relationships
- Capacity to prioritize efficiently and work cross-functionally
- Passionate about Cedar’s mission of improving the patient healthcare experience
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of quickness to situations and events that require immediate response or turnaround
- Comfortable operating within a vibrant, fast-paced environment and performing in cases where paths are uncharted
- Shown ability to handle several parallel workflows at any given time
- Unyielding discretion when handling discreet and confidential information
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
- A proactive perspective toward digging into new projects and processes
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years experience in recruiting coordination
- Experience collaborating and improving processes
- Experience handling organization across multiple geographic locations and time zones in a remote working environment
- Proficiency in Gsuite, Zoom, and Greenhouse
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment
