About the position:
Stellar Health has been growing rapidly, from 20 to 50 full time employees in 2020, with much of our headcount investment in engineering, product, and operations. Our growth has reached a pace where we need to bring an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who will own full lifecycle recruiting for a set of key technical roles including software engineers, designers, product managers, and management positions.
This role, initially reporting to our Director, Human Resources, will join a small HR team that is helping grow an amazing business with a strong mission.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with C-Level stakeholders on hiring plans and interview processes
- Manage a slate of 6-10 roles at any given time
- Build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline through researching and sourcing for candidates
- Recruit candidates for Stellar, ensuring excellent candidate experience and high offer acceptance rates
- Actively problem solve to make sure our sourcing and interviewing efforts are effective
As the Senior Technical Recruiter, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally at a rapidly growing tech company
- Prior experience defining and executing on sourcing strategies
- Track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional tech talent
- Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
- Knowledge of the market in NYC and understanding of the competitive landscape
- Working knowledge of HR and Immigration Laws that apply to recruiting
- Interest in learning about the healthcare industry
- Strong desire to help a business grow
- Experience with Greenhouse helpful, but not required

At this time, Stellar is fully remote although our NYC-based office is open for those who wish to use it. Starting in January 2022, we will transition to a hybrid work environment for Stellar NYC employees and will be supporting both in-office and remote work.
