We are seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Technical Recruiter where you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment across the Engineering Teams. You will recruit for various open positions throughout the organization but focus on developing our Technology team in New York. You will also be responsible for fostering a strong sense of community in the company, acting as both and internal and external Talent Ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Technology, Engineering, Infrastructure and Product roles
• Develop and employ effective sourcing and branding strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
• Partner with business leaders and build trust-based relationships, developing a deep understanding of their requirements and priorities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication with internal business groups and hiring managers
• Advocate for the candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
• Act as a Conductor ambassador sharing our value proposition to increase and strengthen our brand in the market.
• Manage flow of candidates through applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other talent analytics pipelines.
• Collaborate across the People Team to support process improvements and share knowledge
• Prepare weekly and quarterly pipeline reports
• Manage vendor relationships and recruiting events

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience recruiting software and product engineers in a start up or agency environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Experience with vetting and placing technical talent in product building engineering teams of our kind - building SaaS, massive scale distributed systems, with modern stacks powered by cloud technologies, microservices, Kubernetes, data, and data science (preferred)
• Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates by approaching all work with integrity and commitment
• Creativity and resourcefulness to find unique skill sets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment
• Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a strong understanding and use of Outlook and Excel
