What this role is about: 

The Technical Recruiter will play an integral role on the People Team by driving RapidSOS’s talent acquisition strategy. In addition to managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for key roles throughout the organization, you will work closely with the Head of People on strategic initiatives, including building our employer brand, defining our sourcing strategy, refining our hiring processes to enable best-in-class, and creating an amazing candidate experience. The company is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for someone who can grow with us!

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop a talent acquisition strategy to source, screen, and attract the best, most diverse talent

  • Develop a deep understanding of RapidSOS’s culture, mission, product, strategic direction, and competitors to help build recruitment strategies for technical roles

  • Source candidates using standard and creative outlets in order to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads

  • Create a positive and personalized candidate experience so candidates remain excited about RapidSOS, regardless of whether they receive a job offer

  • Partner with hiring managers on open roles, ensuring they use best practices create an incredible candidate experience

  • Maintain data integrity practices and provide data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve the recruiting process

  • Maintain accurate ATS data and share weekly metrics to highlight wins and concerns

  • Laser-sharp attention to detail and a high standard for excellence

  • No ego - our team believes in “purpose over pride” where no task is beneath us

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: 

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; experience in a growth company and fast-paced environments is a plus

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles

  • Proven ability to implement sourcing strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices

  • Expert skills in standard recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday 

  • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and influence decisions

  • A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (At a fast-growing startup, they often do)

It's our top priority to offer all of our team members fair and equitable compensation that has been thoroughly researched and benchmarked against market data. The budgeted range starts at $90,000 - $120,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. This does not include equity.
