About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter. We hire “the cream of the cream of the crop” when it comes to software engineering. To reach that very top layer, we need the most exceptional Talent team New York has ever seen.

Finding Talent

This will probably be the most familiar thing to you about this job. Finding talent. This challenge will present itself in a handful of ways, but just know that we prioritize quality over quantity. One of your core tasks at Stride will be finding the best applicants and ensure that the reasons they applied are founded and real. We’ll work together to identify creative ways to find talent, from employer branding to sourcing to networking and more.

Trust

Trust is an integral part of your job and building that trust with anyone you come into contact with is implicit with genuinely succeeding here. We need everyone who works here to know that every future Strider that walks in on their first day is at or above the expectations of everyone around because they came through our talent team first.

Location

Stride Consulting is nestled between Chelsea and Flatiron. Our developer consultants work throughout NYC, specifically Manhattan and Brooklyn.
