Remesh is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to help us grow our incredible talent. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to recruit, select, and onboard technical candidates (e.g., Senior Engineers, SDET, DevOps, Product Managers, Product Designers). We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and can work autonomously as a full-cycle recruiter for all technical roles in the organization, continuous building a passive and active pipeline of strong candidates. As the first touch point in the candidate journey, the Sr. Technical Recruiter must possess strong communication and engagement skills ensuring a fair and positive experience for all candidates at Remesh.
- Prioritizing and remaining abreast of current and future business hiring needs
- Work closely with People Science, Engineering, and Product hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process
- Act as a trusted talent advisor for one of Remesh’s most integral business units
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
- Review applications and advancing candidate forward based on hiring criteria
- Manage calendars and schedules for interviews and teams
- Manage and facilitating the entire interview process for job candidates
- Maintain good relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and job candidates while navigating in an ambiguous environment
- Build a talent pipeline via traditional methods (job boards, online searches, etc.) as well as non-traditional methods (strategic targeting, conferences, meet-up groups, event hosting, etc.)
- Sell candidates on the Remesh experience
- Provide support on AdHoc People Science initiatives
- At least 3 years of Technical Recruiting experience, especially those with a strong NY talent network
- Experience working as an in-house technical recruiter with high-volumes in a dynamic environment
- Strong ability to source, engage, and close both passive and active technical talent pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Time management and prioritization skills
- Experience with some form of Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse!)
- Willingness to travel for conferences/recruitment events around the country
