Overview:

Want to help build a world class technology organization? Landis is looking for its first talent acquisition leader to join a growing team. You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Founders and be an integral part of shaping a compassionate and innovative culture that supports the company’s growth. 

This is a full-time position that will be remote initially (due to COVID-19) and based in New York once safe to re-open the office (no earlier than Fall).

Where you will make an impact:

• Full cycle recruiting across all departments, with an emphasis on technical roles (product, engineering, and design)
• Partner with the leadership team to determine growth strategy and execute on hiring plan
• Develop and implement recruiting initiatives including interview training, employment branding, culture assessments, compensation plans and employee retention
• Evaluate external trends and tools and identify opportunities to promote creative and out-of-the-box recruiting strategies
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract key talent
• Reinforce our strong culture and external employment brand

Your experience: 

• 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent
• Proven track record of hiring for early stage startups
• Successfully created and executed innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to attract and engage talent
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, candidates, and hiring partners
• Metrics driven: you utilize data to help understand your candidate funnel and drive your decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high EQ
