We're hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join the People Operations team and play a critical role in scaling the One Drop team at large. As the newest Recruiter on the team, you will serve as a partner for newer and seasoned hiring managers, helping them find the best people for One Drop. Reporting to our SVP of People Ops and Talent, you will own A LOT of high volume hiring. The right person for this role is passionate about recruiting and hiring, can use data to inform your decisions, has worked in high-volume recruiting, and has a passion for quality and process improvement while hiring at speed.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design hiring managers to develop specifications and competencies, documenting and confirming role requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions
  • Develop a diverse pipeline of high-quality talent and manage full-cycle recruiting for roles at all levels across the company
  • Attract, source, & screen applicants using a variety of techniques, including networking, social outreach, & direct sourcing
  • Serve as the first and primary point of contact for engaged candidates: guide them through the interview process, provide feedback and create an incredible candidate experience every step of the way
  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure coordination with hiring managers, communicating interview details to candidates and interviewers
  • Manage our applicant tracking system and job board updates

You'll bring:

  • You have 4+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience, ideally in a high volume environment with a focus on engineering, product, and design roles.
  • You have demonstrated previous success partnering with hiring managers to find, engage, and hire amazing talent
  • You thrive off of the relationships you build with people. You are a natural at building trust-based relationships and you communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • You have a passion for “relationship-motivated” recruiting and building long-term relationships with prospective candidates
  • You have an empathetic communication style and an ability to tailor effective messaging to a variety of audiences
  • You have experience with recruiting tools and techniques (we use Lever)
