Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Sr. Manager of Sourcing. You will be in a unique position to improve both growth and culture of the organization
• You will take full ownership in how you achieve your top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goal
• You will implement new methods to improve the efficiency of personal and team processes
• Be a trusted partner by developing relationships with your recruiting partners and hiring managers by presenting sourcing insights to ensure hiring success
• You will be an advocate of our inclusive hiring practices
• You will work with recruiting partners and hiring managers on our go to market recruiting strategy
• Bring knowledge of markets, tools, and methodologies to attract and engage qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting with experience recruiting top tech talent
• Experience recruiting for go-to-market positions at a Saas company 
• Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs
• Knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools and techniques used for recruiting top Engineering talent
• Experience testing new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that increase results
• Experience working on sourcing strategies that resulted in achieving a common hiring goal
• Experience accomplishing assigned goals within a given deadline
