Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner
Hinge is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale their rapidly growing team with top-notch talent. And as a cultural ambassador of Hinge, you will partner closely with our Technical Hiring Managers to attract, select and sign stellar candidates, and facilitate outstanding experiences throughout the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Manage multiple roles at a time between our Engineering and Product Teams.
- Build trusting relationships with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on approach, strategy and market nuances in order to facilitate a best-in-class hiring experience.
- Source a dynamic and diverse pool of candidates that have the potential to add value to Hinge’s company and culture.
- Use creative techniques and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent.
- Keep hiring managers, HR and leadership apprised on where candidates are in process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience. At least 2+ years of Technical Recruiting.
- You may not be a Software Engineer, but you'll know more than a little bit about how talented engineers look for jobs and you can hold a conversation about their previous work.
- Clear and empathetic communicator.
- Deep desire to hit goals.
- You have experience with rapid team growth.
- You are highly personable & professional with the discretion to handle confidential information.
- You're passionate about the candidate journey and finding ways to make it a positive and memorable experience.
- You maintain composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- You have strong organizational skills, demonstrate a high level of efficiency and ability to manage operations with precision & consistency.
- Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Google platforms, Slack, Excel and Lever.
