Senior Technical Talent Partner

We’re looking for a passionate Technical Recruiting Partner to join our growing team here at ChartHop. If you are someone who is excited to bring on the best talent while being a brand advocate, this is the role for you!

As a Senior Technical Talent Partner you will:

  • Recruitment Processes:
    • Manage end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing and screening, to interviews and candidate evaluations
    • Create and implement processes that ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
    • Implement and maintain structured candidate scorecards in Greenhouse
    • Ensure your interviewers are disciplined in using behavioral interview questions
  • Data:
    • Fully leverage our ATS (Greenhouse)
    • Track metrics and pipeline activity for your roles
    • Ensure quality and diversity of candidate pool
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Identify and attract top candidates
    • Work closely with People Team on developing, implementing, and assessing diversity recruiting strategies
    • Leverage social media and recruiting networks
    • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
  • Hiring Manager Relationships:
    • Align with hiring managers on a regular basis to provide recruitment updates on their open requisitions and future hiring plans
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on overall recruitment progress against quarterly hiring plans, any key challenges and best practices.
  • Cultural Gatekeeper
    • Be the best culture ambassador for ChartHop
    • Ensure the right questions are asked in the recruitment process to ensure we are onboarding people who will add to the culture and not detract
    • Have the courage to speak up if you see the wrong choices being made - you are the gatekeeper to the doors of the company


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience both agency and inhouse 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage 5-10 req load at an ongoing time
  • Ability to research and identify new candidates
  • Ability to learn and operate various candidate sourcing platforms 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Desire to stay current with industry trends
  • You have demonstrated previous success partnering with hiring managers to find, engage, and hire amazing talent
  • You thrive off of the relationships you build with people. You are a natural at building trust-based relationships and you communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and stakeholders (both internal and external)

Salary range - $100K- $120K base plus bonus and equity
