The Role:
We are looking for a sourcer who will also help us to build out a recruiting team that is truly best in class. You must be a self-starter, comfortable sourcing hard to fill roles, and work well without constant supervision. You will be responsible for working with the talent acquisition manager and hiring managers to implement creative sourcing techniques, recruit talented candidates, and screen applicants for positions across the platform. You will be developing and executing on sourcing strategies that are measurable, focused on continuous improvement, & results oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Source passive talent for LeafLink roles;
- Develop an understanding of Leaflink’s products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent;
- Work hand-in-hand with Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring leaders to devise and execute sourcing plans;
- Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders;
- Help build Leaflink’s recruiting brand from the ground up.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 0-2 year experience sourcing preferably at a search firm;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a penchant for data;
- Basic awareness of modern software development tools and tech stacks;
- A strong desire to build an organization, have fun, grow, and succeed!
