As the Senior Engagement & Culture Manager, you will take the lead on creating our Culture & Engagement strategy globally, and together with our People team and executive leadership, you will build and drive initiatives and activities promoting our core Culture and Values.  You will also be responsible for mapping our key employee engagement fundamentals & differentiators, defining our strategy for collecting our employees’ voice, and leading our company-wide response.

Responsibilities:

  • Create roadmap centered around initiatives leveraging employee data to implement strategies that promote and achieve high engagement and thriving culture
  • Design and own the on-boarding experience for new Conductors driving assimilation and engagement.
  • Research and recommend the global approach to surveying our employees and taking action: topics, frequency, ownership, communication etc.
  • Partner with our People Team and the Corporate Communications team on the development of an external-facing strategy to promote our employer culture to candidates, organizations, suppliers, customers, investors etc.
  • Own surveys recognizing the company as a best place to work.
  • Partner with the Corporate Communications team to enhance our employee communications and support the Chief People Officer in sharing her voice, internally & externally.
  • Implement company-wide and/or departmental action plans based on Pulse Surveys, Glassdoor reviews, eNPS, and any other listening forums
  • Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives aimed at supporting associate engagement and culture journey.
  • Partner with our CPO to devise strategy and implement programs that aim towards reducing turnover, increasing productivity and enhancing employee experience
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to ensure engagement strategies are embedded in recruitment strategy
  • Build strong partnership with Conductor Resource Groups to help with retention and engagement efforts
  • Champion our values through creative implementation across our remote organization including planning and facilitating engagement activities across the company.
  • Partner closely with People team and the CRGs to create programs that align initiatives (speakers, webinars, events, etc.) and promote engagement, diversity and inclusion.
  • Identify and facilitate virtual events and activities for our remote teams that drive engagement and reinforce culture
  • Support our integration & communication efforts with employees of acquired companies.
  • Measure impact and progress of core programs and make recommendations based on results for future areas of focus.
  • Partner with the Conductor Foundation to community service opportunities aligned to engagement and culture.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Five years  of professional experience with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience, or other related HR disciplines
  • Experience in designing and deploying employee surveys and/or facilitation of company-wide post survey action planning
  • Demonstrate strong communication and people skills (verbal, written and listening)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
  • Must be able to project manage and meet deliverables
  • Experience in leveraging existing tools and introducing new tools and platforms
  • Exercises professional judgment and demonstrates strong facilitation, conflict management and consensus building skills.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and collaboration experience.
  • Ability to build relationships and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Superior attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving employee experiences.
  • Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture
  • Advanced facilitation skills with a high comfort level of facilitating in small and large groups including Senior Leadership
  • Willing to travel 20%
