Reporting to the Senior Manager Employee Experience, you will create impact for all Collibrans by ensuring that our programs and initiatives are run in a way that delivers real value for our people.

The Senior Employee Experience Coordinator at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Managing our operational processes so our EX offers are smooth, efficient and accessible
  • Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, partners, vendors and suppliers in order to implement employee-focussed solutions 
  • Quality assuring events, programs and experiences - guaranteeing that we are delivering the best possible experience 
  • Collecting, collating and sharing data and feedback so that we continually learn and improve
  • Maintaining a sequenced, logical and well-communicated calendar of events, actions and experiences, involving a network of colleagues and providing all Collibrians regular opportunities to connect and be involved

You Have:

  • At least 2 years experience of working in an employee-facing role
  • Experience with overseeing processes or operations in a high growth environment
  • An understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a dispersed, global organization

 Reporting to Collibra's Senior Manager, Employee Experience, Senior Employee Experience Coordinator measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will be familiar with the experiences, events and colleagues that you will work most closely with and will have formed some ideas on how to streamline and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Within your third month, you will be maintaining and overseeing the Employee Experience calendar of events and be managing how we deliver EX offers such as marking anniversaries and the Swag Store
  • Within your sixth month, you will have delivered a range of process improvements, based on employee feedback, and be smoothly administering a global program of workplace and employee experiences that foster belonging and connection
