About the Role 

At Frame.io our HR Business Partners focus on HR strategies that align with the business, contributing to the organization’s values, mission, goals, and planning. HRBPs integrate business strategy with people management practices by supporting specific functions, working closely with management and employees on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, diversity & inclusion, and more. HR Business Partners are instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives within specific functions and departments. 

We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to drive people and business initiatives across our product, design, and engineering teams. You will need to be able to stay one step ahead of our growth and be able to coach and support our leaders as we scale. You will be on the front line working closely with managers, directors, and all levels within the organization to be able to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice with respect to employee relations, coaching/development, change management, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training and more. 


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner role
  • Successful experience as an HR practitioner in a high growth, scaling company aligned to an Engineering or Product client group
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal courage to raise important issues and navigate to the best outcomes for the organization despite unexpected roadblocks. 
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company
  • Ability to adapt communication based on audience needs 
  • Proven track record of developing, executing against, and measuring the success of people programs 
  • A deep knowledge of People (HR) programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations


Responsibilities

  • Proactively support and deliver HR programs to the business in the areas of employee relations, training & development, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, change management and resource planning.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people related design, strategy and execution
  • Craft and implement creative and progressive talent strategies, addressing retention, and development needs
  • Educate, coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organizational development
  • Participate in the continual execution and measurement of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D
  • Collaborate with HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of high performance in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Lead core HR processes across your client groups(performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions)
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports e.g. compensation, job levels, and attrition to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to your client group
