Job Description:

  • What you will be doing:
    • You will act as a champion, change agent, and culture steward to ensure we are always thinking about an exceptional employee experience. 
    • You will formulate partnerships to deliver value added services to our clients that enable the business objectives of the organization.
    • You will be the go-to HR resource supporting employees with all aspects of performance management, employee relations, and policies and procedures interpretation.
    • You will participate in all onboarding and off boarding activities and act as a culture champion.
    • As a part of our global HR organization, you will support other HR internal resources to support corporate wide people initiatives and programs.
    • You will contribute to the creation and analysis of “metrics that matter” reporting for Analytics Product Management leadership.
    • You will support the business through change management activities in our rapidly growing organization.
  • What we would love to see:
    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Highly motivated with integrity, strong work ethic, good communication and analytical skills
    • SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification preferred
    • Workday experience is a nice to have
