The Senior Manager of Total Rewards will report directly to our Vice President of People Operations and will be responsible for the overall company strategy surrounding compensation, equity and benefits. What you’ll be doing :
- Build, lead, deliver & maintain a Total Rewards strategy around compensation, equity, and benefit programs for a rapidly growing, innovative organization where our employees & members come first
- Act as the main point of contact for our employees under a PEO. This includes approving payroll invoices, payroll tax compliance, benefits (including 401k), bonuses & commissions. In future, manage & lead the PEO roll-off and building of new internal processes
- Examine & and improve our benefits strategy to raise the bar for supporting our team members and facilitate the wellness of our ever-growing employee population
- Lead all compensation and equity initiatives, including the strategy and execution of job leveling, salary reviews, conducting yearly compensation analysis and updating compensation structure for all positions across the organization
- Work closely with finance leaders, as appropriate, to ensure effective decision-making, budget, and execution of all benefits, bonus, merit, and equity
- In partnership with the People team, build and deliver training and communications to support the total rewards philosophy
- Guarantee that Spring Health’s compensation and benefit practices guide our diversity, equity and inclusion outcomes through thoughtful approaches to every facet of the our Total Rewards cycle
- Ensure employees and leaders understand and value the total rewards offered by the company and seek feedback to optimize these rewards to meet their individual needs
- Ensure effective execution of operational elements including payroll and equity administration
What we expect from you:
- 5-7 years of experience in Senior Human Resource roles, with at least
- 5+ years of leadership experience in compensation and benefits for a distributed workforce
- Experience at a high-growth company or start-up environment where ambiguity & thinking on your feet are in your DNA
- Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and delivering a highly successful Total Rewards program
- Strategic thinker & problem solver
- Ability to manage a teamStrong communication skills, approachable to interface with employees at all levels
