Accountabilities

• Demonstrated ability in achieving or exceeding quarterly hiring goals and being able to communicate your plan to hire in anticipation of the fact upwards and sideways
• Source and hunt hard to find talent based on current and anticipated hiring needs - technical and non technical hires using advanced boolean knowledge and multiple technology platforms
• Manage inbound and outbound talent flows to feed into recruiter pipeline building an understanding of conversion metrics for applicant to hire
• Keep team apprised of, and involved in, work by communicating information and status to respective stakeholders.
• Coordinate work cross-functionally, and influence peers, project leaders and/or managers

Qualifications - Minimum

• 2+ years of talent sourcing experience across the US
• Strong communication skills and confidence to manage up, down and sideways; also the ability to multitask
• Google office suite and ATS experience 

Qualifications - Preferred

• Technical sourcing experience (preferred, not essential)
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage priorities and time
• Bachelor degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
