As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work with all of our teams here at Unqork.

Responsibilities:

  • You will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager
  • You will build partnerships with hiring manager, employees, and the recruiting team to fulfill scheduling requests, processes, and implementing best practices
  • You will oversee the candidate experience and identify areas for improvement to provide an outstanding experience while working with our Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Schedule phone and Zoom interviews across multiple timezones, often working with our Executive Assistant team
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally
  • You will coordinate post-interview debrief meetings
  • Work with the HR team to onboard new hires into our HRIS system, ADP
  • You will become a super user of our ATS, Greenhouse to keep up-to-date and organized
  • Partner with leadership to identify areas of process improvements for recruiting operations.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects such as employer branding, social media, training, recruitment marketing and programs, university relations, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (1 or more years) in recruiting or HR
  • Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, Lever, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with individuals at all levels, ranging from C-suite to individual contributors and everything in-between
  • Experience working with executive assistants in scheduling/planning
  • Deep experience with calendar management across multiple partners in Google Calendars, coordinating interviews and post-interview debrief meetings
