Position Summary

The TA Coordinator will play an important part of the recruiting process and is critical to providing a brilliant candidate experience. The TA Coordinator will work very closely with the TA team & HR and will be involved in all aspects of the candidate management process.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to execute and improve programs to find top talent
  • Coordinate and execute successful events
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates, and provide confirmations for the candidates
  • Maintain and help build out candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Hold Hiring Managers and Interviewers accountable to agreed upon roles and responsibilities
  • Work with TA team to ensure a brilliant candidate experience from first contact through offer or turndown
  • Assist with the movement and flow of candidates during the engagement and interview process
  • Posting jobs, tracking and reporting
  • Assisting with creation of job descriptions
  • Collaborating with HR on different projects and initiatives
  • Screening resumes
  • Inbox management
  • Coordinating between candidates, recruiters and department leaders
  • Checking references
  • Additional projects as requested or required

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Assertive self-starter willing to hold others accountable 
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with scheduling tools and/or ATS systems
