Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Newsela
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be a key point person ensuring an engaging candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll manage all coordination logistics of our complex interview schedules across our departments. You’ll also take the lead in updating and maintaining data in our applicant tracking system, and will help ensure a timely, effective communication and feedback between recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. You’ll be a reliable support resource for our recruiting team, and will proactively help create content to attract candidates for top priority roles. As part of the People team, you’ll also work closely with your colleagues to support internal initiatives, including enhancing employer branding.
