Talent Acquisition Manager, Customer Care US

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Talent Acquisition Manager to drive and lead the growth of the Wix Customer Care organization in the U.S. Customer Care is a strategic focus for Wix, and is constantly growing and evolving to provide the best support for our users, and to guide them through the user journey and Wix’s diverse product offering.

We’re growing Wix’s Talent Acquisition team and this is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team. Recruitment is a core driver of Wix’s success, so we play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining the best talent. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategic growth for the Wix Customer Care organization and large scale recruitment projects
  • Partner with Customer Care and HR leadership on building and scaling an organization that values candor, transparency, professionalism and constant learning
  • Develop and grow a Talent Acquisition Team fostering innovation and growth-mindset
  • Develop the Customer Care recruitment strategy and work on processes defining KPIs, measurements and best practices according to organizational needs
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and HR tech teams building the best recruitment infrastructure and data-informed hiring approach
  • Build and expand on the existing employer branding strategy, partnering with the Global Employer Branding team
  • Drive the recruitment process for the senior positions within Wix Customer Care organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural leader with a 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership who has built, developed and coached a successful TA team in multiple locations
  • Experience and know-how of in-house high volume hiring as well as a strong knowledge of unique hiring processes
  • Knowledge and experience in interviewing
  • Strong partnership and collaboration with business leaders, HR, Employer Branding, Legal and other peers/stakeholders to ensure we are hiring the best talents to Wix
  • Deep understanding of data driven and strong candidate-centric recruiting approach
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, and to create and deliver scalable recruitment solutions for the growing organization
  • Passion and drive for building winning teams
