About the Opportunity:
Do you enjoy recruiting the right people for growing startups and creating a stellar candidate experience? Do you thrive in a high-growth environment where you can be creative to solve challenges? Join our global Talent Acquisition team in the US to support building internal processes and initiatives while scaling our Sales team for the Americas and working with dynamic Sales leaders! We are building something special at Contentsquare and expect this individual to attract, engage, and hire only the best talent to help us reach our goals
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, becoming a trusted advisor for prospective employees
- Source candidates from direct targeting, social networking, and employee referrals
- Research and implement the best way/tools to identify and attract top sales talent
- Attend events, job fairs and meet-ups to increase employer brand awareness + generate additional leads
- Offer insight, best practices and interview preparation to both sales candidates & hiring managers
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the specifications of each role and the requirements of each interview process
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, establish priorities, and build effective recruiting strategies
- Collaborate within the global Talent Acquisition and HR team in building world class processes and initiatives such as candidate experience and employer brand
- Provide impressive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparation, and an effective interview frame
- Ensure the highest level of data integrity within existing ATS, Lever, and other tools

What you will need to succeed:
- 4+ years experience in a sales recruiting role at high-growth companies, ideally in the enterprise software industry
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting for sales positions at all levels including but not limited to: Enterprise Account Executives, Account Managers, Partner Sales Managers, Solutions Consultants, and senior management
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver high volume recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding environment all while providing excellent candidate experiences
- In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of creative methods and sources
- A data driven mindset and ability to maintain operational excellence
- Partner with sales leaders to develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies
- A Bachelor’s degree
