The Role
Particle Health seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full recruitment cycle across all levels and functions at the company.Β This role will have a large focus on filling key technical positions, but there are opportunities to work with every department. You'll also shape the Talent Acquisition work at the company, building and improving the systems and processes required for an inclusive, efficient, and effective hiring process.
The best candidates for this position have a lot of recruitment experience and are excited about gaining more responsibilities and opportunities as an emerging Talent Acquisition leader. Startup experience is best, but great candidates will have experience scaling teams in any type of organization- going from a handful of key players to a large, differentiated, highly functioning team.
Responsibilities:Β
- Own the full recruitment cycle for all open positions at Particle Health with a strong focus on technical recruitment π
- Act as trusted advisor and coordinator for Hiring Managers as they develop, launch, and manage job searches. π€
- Manage Particleβs talent brand and ensure consistency across every candidate interaction β’οΈ
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for most roles, performing screening calls and other early-stage assessments π
- Ensure a thoughtful, inclusive candidate and interviewer experience π€
- Oversee all interviewer and hiring manager training, ensuring that every interviewer at Particle is equipped to participate in high quality, fair interviews and assessments π§βπ«
- Create and manage easy-to-understand βdashboardsβ (in whatever format works best for everyone) that demonstrate key talent acquisition metrics for all open requisitions π
Qualifications:Required:
- 5 years of professional experience, at least 3 of which have been in recruitment-focused roles. πΌ
- Experience recruiting and hiring engineers or other highly technical roles π»
- Experience scaling companies, teams, or departments by multiple factors π―
- Experience working in a diverse, inclusive culture and a strong desire to support a culture of radical respect and inclusion. π€
- Ability to take ownerships over projects and initiatives, seeing them through to completion, even though ambiguity π¦Ύ
- Excited about our mission to solve healthcare interoperability (and therefore improving and saving more patients' lives!) π
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in tech startups, double bonus if it's health tech π
- Fluent (enough) in Tech - able to decipher a tech stack, an engineer's resume, a basic tech spec for a product π©π½βπ»
- Demonstrated experience successfully hiring diverse, high-performing teams in challenging market conditions

The salary band for this, a mid-level individual contributor, is $110,000 and $135,000, and an offer will be within this range, depending on experience and readiness for success in the role. Our offers also come with equity and our full suite of benefits.
