As a valued member of the People team, you'll support multiple hiring managers in their talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the highest quality applicant experience. You will have a passion for online media, the ad tech or fintech space, and will have proven success supporting various stakeholders in a high-growth, early stage company.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to hire top talent in accordance with approved budgets
• Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts, including intake meetings, job postings, initial talent screens, pipeline management, participation in weekly recruiting meetings and offer negotiations
• Ensure the highest quality candidate experience through effective management of the talent funnel, moving pre-screened candidates through the interview process, with timely feedback and follow ups
• Market Even’s open positions and source talent via Linkedin Recruiter and Even’s Employee Referral Program 
• Maintain applicant records and activity status in Even’s applicant tracking system (Lever)
• Work closely with Department heads to anticipate and help plan for headcount needs and requests
• Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as directed

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years proven experience functioning as an internal Technical Recruiter within a high growth, fast-paced technical environment
• Proven ability to successfully own 10+ job requisitions at one time
• Experience working with Lever or other application tracking systems
• Highly effective talent outreach experience via Linkedin Recruiter and other talent sourcing channels
• Deadline-focused with creative problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Strong research and listening skills
• Self-motivated and assertive individual with strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence
